Vidiva is seeking a dynamic and organized Operations Executive to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our digital wallet and payment gateway services. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented problem-solver with a strong understanding of operational processes.

About the Role

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our operations, including compliance, policy maintenance, customer support, and transaction reconciliation. You will work closely with different teams to ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.


What your job will look like

  • Ensure compliance of policies and procedures to ensure excellent product services
  • Manage onboarding progress of digital wallet and payment gateway services
  • Maintain and update product guideline documentation
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, through contact center and other channels
  • Reconcile transactions with partners and customers to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies


You should apply if you have

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in operations
  • Strong understanding of operational processes
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


It would be easier for you to get started if

  • You are proficient with Google Workspace, visual process flowcharts (Whimsical, Lucidchart, etc.), CRM and Ticketing system (Salesforce, Zoho, Zendesk, JIRA, Asana, etc.)
  • You have basic knowledge of payment gateway technologies and industry trends
