Job Brief

We are looking for a customer-centric Operations Executive, who is great at optimizing processes, driving efficiency, and achieving outstanding results. Strong ownership, strategic thinking, adaptability, and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction are essential.

 

The Operations Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure excellent digital wallet and payment gateway services, manage onboarding progress of digital wallet and payment gateway services and handle customer inquiries and complaints, through contact center and other channels

The position reports to the Operations Manager.

 

Key Responsibilities And Duties

 - Develop the service operations policies, procedures, and protocols to meet the company‘s strategies and ensure excellent customer/ partner service.

- Deliver the offering services to customers and partners.

- Provide exceptional customer/ partner service and support through various channels (chat, phone, email, social media).

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Stay updated on company‘s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

 


Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

- 2+ years related working experiences (Fresh graduate with Distinction/Honor can be well considered).

- Bachelor degree, major in Business, Law, Banking/Finance, Operation, or related domains.

- Relevant professional certificates are preferred.

- Proficiency with G-Suite and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Visual process flowcharts (Whimsical, Lucidchart, etc.), CRM and ticketing system (Salesforce, Zoho, Zendesk, JIRA, Asana, etc.)

- Good English in writing and speaking.

 

Soft-Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Customer-centric mindset and empathy,time management and problem solving.

- Enthusiasm for growth and improvement, openness to feedback.

 

Nice To Have:

- Basic knowledge of payment gateway technologies and industry trends.

- Process improvement and project management.

- Experience in the Fintech industry is preferred.
