We are seeking a passionate and strategic Public Relations Manager to join our dynamic team and elevate Vidiva‘s brand as a champion of financial empowerment.
You will play a key role in shaping public perception, managing reputation, and driving positive stakeholder engagement across our corporate and payment products portfolios.
1. Elevate Brand Awareness: Craft compelling narratives and secure positive media coverage across Ting and Paykit, championing Vidiva as a leader in financial empowerment.
2. Engage Target Audiences: Develop targeted communication strategies for individuals (Ting) and merchants (Paykit), building communities and driving brand loyalty.
3. Manage Media Relations: Build strong journalist relationships, pitching impactful stories and ensuring accurate and positive media representation.
4. Drive Social Media Engagement: Lead social media strategy for Ting and Paykit, creating engaging content and building vibrant online communities.
5. Analyze & Measure Impact: Monitor media sentiment, track campaign performance, and provide data-driven insights to optimize PR efforts.

2. Media Mastermind: Extensive experience building strong relationships with journalists and influencers, securing positive media coverage across traditional and digital channels.
3. Social Media Guru: Deep understanding of Vietnamese social media landscape and platforms, creating and executing impactful social media strategies for both Ting and Paykit.
4. Data-Driven Optimizer: Strong analytical skills, adept at tracking campaign performance, measuring ROI, and providing data-driven insights to optimize PR efforts.
5. Collaborative Champion: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering strong relationships with internal teams (marketing, product, sales) to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
