At Vidiva, we are passionate about creating user-friendly and engaging experiences for our customers. We are looking for a talented UX content writer to join our team and help us craft clear, concise, and effective copy for our digital products.

Responsibilities

- Write and edit microcopy for user interfaces, including buttons, labels, error messages, and help text.

- Collaborate with designers and product managers to develop the overall content strategy for digital products along with proper practices and principles.

- Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points.

- Write and edit marketing materials for digital products.

- Ensure that all content is consistent with the company‘s brand voice and style.

Qualifications

- 1+ years of experience in UX writing or a related field

- Strong understanding of UX design principles and best practices

- Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy

- Excellent editing and proofreading skills

- Experience with user research methods

- Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus
